This year 155 schools from 28 countries took part in the ranking of financial times. These schools need to fulfill the strict entry criteria like the MBA must have run for at least four consecutive years.

Data for the tanking is collected through 2 online surveys one for the schools and one for The alumini who completed full-time MBAs in 2009.

In the alumini response 20 % response rate is required with at least 20 fully completed responses. Total of 10,706 alumini surveys is completed. Alumni responses inform eight ranking criteria, accounting for 59 per cent of the ranking’s weight. The first two ranking criteria, the most heavily weighted, examine alumni salaries.
