The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all India entrance examination conducted on rotation by the sixteen National Law Universities (NLUs) for admission to the Undergraduate and Post Graduate programmes, i.e., BA LL.B & LL.M, respectively. CLAT UG Eligibility Criteria - One should had obtained a Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC and ST candidates) and should be below 20 years of age (22 years for SC and ST candidates) in order to be eligible for CLAT. One who are appearing in the 10+2 exam and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in CLAT. CLAT PG Eligibility Criteria – One should have obtained a LL. B/B. L. Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC and ST candidates). One who had passed the qualifying degree examination through supplementary/ compartment and repeated attempts are also eligible for appearing in the law exam, provided that such candidates had to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination with 55% marks..
