Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is the largest Life Insurance Company in India and it generally issues the notification for the recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Vacancies.

Eligibility criteria for Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Vacancies:


Nationality:

Applicants must be an Indian Citizen.

Age limit:
The minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum not more than 30 years
Age relaxation is applicable as given below.

Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:

SC/ST 5 YEARS
OBC 3 YEARS
OH/VI(Gen) 10 YEARS
OH/VI(SC/ST) 15 YEARS
OH/VI(OBC) 13 YEARS
ECO/SSRCO (GEN) 5 YEARS
ECO/SSRCO (SC/ST) 10 YEARS
ECO/SSRCO (OBC) 8 YEARS
Confirmed LIC employees Further Relaxation of 5 YEARS

Educational Qualification:

Applicants must Possess Bachelor/Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/ Institution with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate in either of the Degrees

If any University awards grades instead of marks, applicants should clearly mention the numerical equivalent of the grades in terms of aggregate marks.

LIC AAO Selection Procedure:
Selection made on the basis of performance in the on-line test followed by a personal interview of short listed candidates and subsequent Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination.

On-line test will be of objective type, multiple choice of two hours duration comprising of the following two papers:

Reasoning Ability
Numerical Ability
General Knowledge, Current Affairs
Computer Knowledge
English Language with Special emphasis on Grammar and Vocabulary

LIC AAO Eligibility Details: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is the largest Life Insurance Company in India having 2048 Branches and 109 Divisional Offices.


Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor/Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/ Institution.


The candidate should be an Indian Citizen.

Marks for Wrong Answers:

There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth (1/4 ) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.
