Karnataka Examination Authority conducts Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) for admissions to MBA, MCA and M.E. / M.Tech / M.Arch courses.

Documents Required for Karnataka PGCET for M.Tech
Karnataka Candidate:
• PGCETAdmission Ticket / Printout of Online Application Copy
• SSLC / 10th Standard / Equivalent Examination Marks Card
• 2nd PUC / 12th Standard/ Equivalent Examination Marks Card
• Degree Marks Card of all the Years / Semesters.
• Study Certificate
• TWO recent passport size photographs.
• Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate or Course completion Certificate issued by the College Principal / Competent Authority for having passed all the subjects of all the semesters /years.

The following documents should be produced, ONLY if applicable:
• Part time candidates: Minimum 3 years work Experience Certificate (work experience certificate should include name of the organisation, date of joining, designation, working period, no objection conditionetc.,) As per the format.
• Sponsor Candidates (Full Time Program): Sponsorship Certificate as per the format.
• Caste Certificate / Caste Income Certificate / Income Certificate obtained from the concerned Tahasildar, for the candidates claiming Reservation benefits.
• Parent’s study certificate / Parent’s Hometown certificate / (Parent’s Domicile certificate / Parent’s Employment certificate / Parent’s Cumulative Record / Parent’s Marks Card, etc.,) for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the (domicile) /study / (employment) of the parent. (Claiming eligibility under clauseb,c & d)

Non Karnataka Candidate

• PGCET-2013 Admission Ticket / Printout of Online Application Copy
• SSLC / 10th Standard / Equivalent Examination Marks Card
• 2nd PUC / 12th Standard/ Equivalent Examination Marks Card
• Degree Marks Card of all the Years / Semesters.
• TWO recent passport size photographs.
• Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate or Course completion Certificate issued by the College Principal / Competent Authority for having passed all the subjects of all the semesters / years.
