Re: CLAT Documents Required

The CLAT (Common Law admission Test) application form require some documents and verification for legally write the entrance exam.

Documents required:
Birth certificate,
10th class marksheet, and
Qualifying examination mark sheet such as 10th, 2 or
Its equivalent examination certificates (for UG),
Qualifying examination certificates such as LL.B or its equivalent examination mark sheets.(for PG),
Passport size photos,
Community certificate and
Signature of the candidate his/her parents signature.

Eligibility Criteria

For UG Courses


The candidates appearing for the exam must have passed/appearing in the class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board and should have scored an aggregate of 45% and 40% in case of reserved category.

The candidate appearing for the CLAT exam 2015 should be below 20 years (22 years in case of SC/ST/PD) of age as on 1st July 2015.

For PG Courses

The candidates appearing for CLAT 2015 must have obtained a LL.B degree or any other equivalent degree as mentioned in the guidelines of the exam conducting authority.

The candidates must have scored minimum of 55% aggregate in the LL.B program or any other equivalent degree course, for reserved category candidates the percentage criteria is 50%.
