DMRC Phase 3

Construction on the 162.495 km Phase 3 of the Delhi Metro system began in 2011 and is currently underway. The first section opened in 2014 and the last section, added to plans in 2017, is expected to open in 2020.

This phase involves the construction of 3 new lines on standard gauge and the extensions of existing lines built in Phase 1 & 2.
