Yes, of course after passing 12th you can get admission in MHT CET exam.

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is popularly known as MHT CET.
This is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) for the selection of undergraduate medical degree courses in all Gov/ Municipal Corporation, Gov. aided Health science institutions & private medical health science colleges/

The candidate must have passed the SSC or equivalent exam from an institution situated in the State of Maharashtra.

A candidate who has passed SSC or equivalent exam from an institute situated outside Maharashtra State and HSC or equivalent exam from within Maharashtra State is eligible for seeking admission to the courses in Health Science provided that is DOMICILE of Maharashtra.

Paper Pattern
MHT CET is a multiple choice objective type test.
The duration given for completing paper will be 3 Hours.
Total no. of questions to be answered is 200.
No negative marking for wrong answer.

Start Date for Online Registration:
First week of March 2015

Last Date for Online Registration:
Last week of March 2015

Payment of MH CET 2015 application fee:
First week of March to last week of March 2015

Issue of MH CET 2015 admit cards:
Last week of April and first week of May 2015

MH CET 2015 exam dates:
First or Second week of May 2015

Online display of Question paper booklets: Second or third week of May 2015

Display of Answer Key:
Last week of May 2015

Closing date for submission of Question Paper / Answer Key/ Typograpical Errors:Last week of May 2015

MHT CET 2015 Result declaration: Second week of June 2015
