AIPMT Pattern

I have given exams of Class 12th and waiting for result. After result, I want to appear in the AIPMT Examination so I have to fill the online Application form. So pls give me full procedure that how I can fill the online application form? Please give me pattern of the AIPMT Examination and also provide some sample papers that I can get some idea about its pattern.
