AIPMT stands for All India Pre Medical Test it is an annual medical-college entrance examination in India. The exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi for entrance in MBBS and BDS courses in several medical colleges around the country.

As you are asking about the paper pattern so here is the paper pattern.

The Entrance Test will consist of one paper with 180 objective type questions from the subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology (45 questions from each subject). The Syllabus for this entrance examination is the same as notified by the Medical Council of India for NEET-UG.

Eligibility:

1. The applicant must have completed the age of 17 years as on December 31, 2015 for admission to 1year MBBS/BDS course through AIPMT 2015

2. The upper age limit for AIPMT is 25 years as on December. The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes

3. Only those applicant will be eligible to take AIPMT who have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects individually


4. Minimum marks for applicant educated abroad seeking admission in medical colleges in India must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English upto Class 12 with 50% marks and their equivalency determined as per regulations of Medical Council of India and the concerned university
