TNPSC invites application time to time from capable candidates for filling up various vacancies of Group 4 like Junior Assistant, Bill Collector, typist, Steno-Typist and others.

Vacancy Details :
Typist
Junior Assistant
Bill Collector, Grade-I
Steno-Typist, Grade – III
Field Surveyor
Draftsman and others.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be above 18 years and not exceed 30 years.

Applicants must possess 10th/12th from any recognized Board.

Selection Process:
Selection of Applicants will be done through the performance of Written Test and Oral Test.

As you want I am here telling you about the eligibility Criteria for TNPSC Group 4 exam.

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must possess 10th / 12th from any recognized Board.

Applicants must have required trade qualification as per post applied.

Required as :
For Typist:

Candidates must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting

Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)

Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or)

Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.

For Steno Typist Gr-III:

The Candidates must have passed the Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and in Shorthand

Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)

Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or)

Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil

Computer Qualification (Typist & Steno Typist Gr-III):

The Candidate must be passed the Computer Certificate Course in Office Automation awarded by the Technical Education Department

Age Limitation
