Ph.D. Sociology is a Doctorate Sociology course. It is the study of human cultures, communities and societies.

Eligibility
Masters Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% (50% for SC / ST / PH applicants ) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognised institution of higher learning and five years of teaching / industry / administration/ professional experience at senior level.

M.Phil. Degree and a Post-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC / ST / PH applicants) or an equivalent grade from a University or a recognised institution of higher training.
