I want to join Indian Army by NCC special entry after passing B.A with History subject and NCC B and C Certificate so please give me details?

Indian Army invite applications from married/ unmarried Male, unmarried Female candidates and also from Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel, for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army under NCC Special Entry Scheme.

Name of the Course & Posts:
NCC Special Entry Scheme 37th Course – Apr 2015

Age Limit:
Candidate’s age should be between 19 years to 25 years

Educational Qualification:
1. for NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders:
Candidates should possess Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years.

2. for Ward of Battle Causalities of Army Personnel:
Candidates must possess Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates are selected based on Psychological Test, Medical Exam, and Interview.

Procedure to Apply:
Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format and posted at the nearest OC, NCC Unit from where NCC ‘C’ certificate has been issued.

Candidates serving in the Armed Forces should send application duly counter-signed by Commanding Officer to the OC, NCC Unit from where NCC ‘C’ certificate has been issued.
