Yes definitely you are eligible to join Indian Army after completing B.TECH CSE .
If you are interested to join army,then you have to go through CDS(Combined Defense Services) exam.

Detailed information related to eligibility and selection procedure of CDS exam is given below:

Eligibility Criteria:-
--Minimum 60% of marks in graduation or B.tech or equivalent from a recognized university.
-- Minimum height is 157.6 cms
-- Eye sight is 6/6.
-- Age limit is 19 to 25 years.
-- Must be an Indian.
-- No color blindness.

Selection Procedure:
Written exam
Personal interview
Medical test
Important Dates:
Application Accepted from – 2 Nov 2013
Last date to Apply – 2 Dec 2013
Exam Date – 9 Feb 2014

Yes, of course you are eligible for joining the Indian Army. But for that you have to appear in the entrance test called Combined Defence Services Examination.
The exam is organized every year twice.

Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must be a citizen of INDIA.
Aspirants must be a graduate or in the final year of graduation from any recognized University.
Candidates age must be between:
• For IMA : 19 to 24 Years
• For Naval : 19 to 22 years
• For Air Force : 19 to 23 years
• For OTA : 19 to 25 years

Students must be physically fit.

Exam Pattern:
English -100 marks
Elementary Mathematics -100 Marks
General Knowledge -100 Marks
Elementary mathematics is not for the OTA students.
After that one SSB interview will be taken which will be organised in Five days .
After clearing the SSB one medical test and then you are selected to join Indian Army as an Officer
