Here I am giving you information about age limit for Judicial Magistrate First Class of Maharashtra Public Service Commission Age limit : Maximum 25 years for Fresh Law Graduates. Maximum 35 years for persons already working as Advocate, Attorney or Pleader Maximum 45 years for members of Ministerial Staff of High Court/ Courts Subordinate to High Courts, 21 years to 35 years for General cast candidate. 21 years to 38 years for OBC candidate. 21 years to 40 years for SC/ST candidate. Eligibility: You have to pass a Degree in Law stream from a well recognized university. and you must obtained a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate You must have good knowledge of Marathi so as to enable him to speak, read and write in Marathi and to translate with facility from Marathi into English and vice versa. Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis on following: Preliminary Examination (1 paper of 100 marks), Main Examination (2 papers of 100 marks each) and Viva-Voce (50 marks) Application Fee: Application fee for General and OBC category candidate is Rs 260 and for other reserved category of Madhya Pradesh candidate is Rs 135.
