What is Post Graduate Common Entrance Test PGCET and what is its importance? Please tell me about its importance, tell me benefits after crack the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test PGCE? I need complete info on Osmania University PGCET?

Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) exam is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on the behalf of A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Key dates Release of notification 21st March 2018 Availability of online application form 21st March 2018 Last date to submit the application form without late fee 29th April 2018 (Extended) Last date to submit the application form with late fee of Rs. 2000 + Registration fee 4th May 2018 Form Correction Starts 25th April to 4th May 2018 Date of downloading the admit card 5th May 2018 Date of examination 10th May to 12th May 2018 Preliminary Answer Key Release 12th May 2018 Last date to object the answer key (as per courses) 15th May 2018 Announcement of Results & Final answer keys 18th May 2018 Eligibility B.E/B.Tech to apply for PG engineering courses. For PG pharmacy courses, the prescribed qualification is B.Pharma studied from a recognized institution. Minimum Marks: In case of pharmacy courses, the minimum marks required in the qualifying examination should be 55% marks (45% marks for SC/ST category candidates). The minimum marks required to apply for engineering courses is 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category). Exam Pattern Sessions: The examination will be organized in two sessions. Number of Papers: AP PGECET is conducted for a total of 14 papers. Mode of Examination: The examination will be conducted in online mode. Number of Questions: The examination will contain total 120 questions. Type of Questions: Only objective type questions having four alternatives will be appeared in the test. Maximum Marks: The online test is of maximum 120 marks. Language: The medium of question paper will be English only. Exam Duration: The duration of the examination will be 2 hours. Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, one mark will be credited. Negative Marking: No negative marking in the examination. |
