Admissions to MBA Programmes


Admissions are made on the basis of combined merit of Written Test (CAT conducted by IIM) - 50% weightage; Academic records-20% weightage, Group discussion and Interview (conducted by FMS, BHU) - 30% weightage.

One needs to appear in CAT of the corresponding year and register at FMS, BHU through separate admission application form available at FMS, BHU normally during August-November every year or downloadable from website.

Reservations

There will be reservations as per GoI (Government of India) Rules (27% OBC; 15 % SC; 7.5 % ST; 3% PC - Horizontal reservation)

Admission under Paid Seat Scheme (Supernumerary):

Separate merit list of candidates opted for Admission under Paid Seat Scheme will be announced from the candidates remaining after completing regular seat admissions.

Admission of Foreign Nationals (Supernumerary):

15% of the total seats are allocated for the foreign national candidates. One come to study under the seats allocated for international students or under various scholarship schemes of the Government of India which is included in the total seats included for the foreign nationals. Admission will be on the basis of valid GMAT Score of the corresponding year of admission.
