I want to now about the Delhi University Medical/Dental Entrance Test (DUMET) Eligibility? Can you please tell me about its eligibility? Also tell me about Delhi University Medical Entrance Test application form submission dates?

National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Under Graduate (NEET (UG) will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses and other undergraduate medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental & other Colleges/ Institutes in India. NEET 2020 Exam Date Registration start date 02 Dec 2019 Registration last date 01 Jan 2020 Correction window 13 to 19 Mar 2020 Re-opening of form submission to complete steps 2, 3, 4 03 to 09 Feb 2020 Correction window open again 01 Apr to 03 May 2020 Exam centre change 09 Apr to 03 May 2020 NEET 2020 admit card release date 27 Mar 2020 (postponed) NEET 2020 Exam date 03 May 2020 (postponed) Declaration of result by 04 Jun 2020 (postponed) NEET 2020 Eligibility Criteria Nationality: Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Persons with Indian origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals citizen are eligible to apply India Citizens & Overseas Citizens of India intending to pursue UG medical course from foreign institutions are also need to qualify NEET UG. Eligibility for 15% All India Quota Seats: One belonging to UT of J&K and Ladakh is eligible to apply under 15% All India Quotas only on the basis of self-declaration. Age limit: One must have completed minimum 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2020. The upper age limit is 25 years as on the date of exam (5 year relaxation is given to SC, ST, OBC-NCL & PwD candidates). Candidates above 25 years are provisionally permitted to appear and their candidature is subject to the outcome of pending Petitions before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Qualification: One must have completed 12th level or equivalent examination. Mandatory Subjects: One in the 12th level must have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with English as mandatory subject. Percentage: One in the 12th level must have secured minimum 50% marks for General & General-EWS categories; 45% marks for PH & 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC category candidates in PCB group. Appearing: One appearing in the qualifying exam or waiting for their result is also eligible for NEET (UG). |
