University Medical Entrance Test (DUMET) as follows

Delhi University Medical Entrance Test (DUMET)

DUMET Eligibility Criteria:

17 years of age completion is required and candidates must have age
eligibility in terms of undertaking this examination.

Only if candidates clear all aspects expected by DUMET educational
institution, they are allowed to take up admission in suitable course related
to Medical field.

It is necessary that candidates have to complete their higher secondary
education or they can be studying final year of 12th standard or they may
wait for results

Only if candidates obtain their graduation from recognized colleges or
universities approved by Delhi government and any other government, they
are given admission in suitable degrees

Candidates have to secure minimum percentage according to the instructions
by University premises,

DUMET Examination is applicable only to Delhi residents and other state
residents cannot able to take up this examination

DUMET Application Form :

From official website of DU candidates can avail application forms either
online or offline.

Candidates must send their direct request along with DD payment. Only if
this process is done professionally, application forms of selected candidates
are considered

During month of January, candidates can avail application forms

Cost of application form:

All general category candidates can avail application forms by spending Rs.
750 and special category candidates can avail forms by spending Rs. 550

UMET Exam Pattern

The DUMET exam consists of two papers containing multiple choice objective
type of questions

1 Physics and Chemistry 2 hours 30 minutes 600

2 Botany and Zoology 2 hours 30 minutes 600

DUMET Important Dates :

Start and end date of filling the online application form:

December first week to last week of December 2015

Date from which downloading of admit cards start: 1st week of April 2016

DUMET exam date: First week of May 2016

Result declaration date: First week of June 2016
