SCRA (Service members Civil Relief Act) Benefits
Active duty U.S. military members are eligible to receive money saving financial relief and protections under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Military personnel become eligible for SCRA benefits starting on the date when their active duty orders are received, and SCRA coverage usually terminates within 30 to 90 days after their date of discharge from active duty.
