Want to become IPS Officer after 12th

I want to become Indian Police Services Officer, how can I become, what are entry requirements???

Indian Police Services Officer exam is conducted by UPSC.

After 12th you can not be participate in IPS exam, bcoz the IPS eligibility criteria is as given below:

Eligibility:
The candidate must possess a degree from an Indian University or an equivalent qualification.

The applicants those are in the final year of a degree course can also appear in the Preliminary Examination taken every year by UPSC.

Age
The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years on 1st August of the year of examination and must not have attained 30 years of age on that date.

The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

The upper age limit is also relaxed in favour of Defense Services Personnel.
