Become an IPS officer after 12th Arts

I have done 12th and my aim is to become IPS officer so please tell me which course I have to do after it?

As you have done 12th in arts so firstly complete your graduation degree than you will be eligible for appear in IPS officer exam

Indian Police Services) exam is held by Union public service commission (UPSC) every year

Eligibility:
Candidate should be a citizen of India
Must have graduation degree in any disciple from recognized University

Age limit:
Age should be between the age of 21 – 30 years
Age is relaxed by 5 years for certain category (SC/ST) candidates.

Physical requirement
Height – Male 165 cm & ST (not the SC/ OBC) – 160 cm
Female 150 cm & ST (not SC/ OBC)- 145 cm
Eye sight – 6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye

Exam Pattern:
The exam consists of two parts.

A preliminary (prelims) exam is held as a first level.
This prelims exam consist of two papers –
General studies
An optional subject

After clearing the preliminary exam candidates will be eligible for main exam
