The University of St. Thomas in United States is a Catholic university was founded in 1947 which serves as the only Catholic university in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.

UST Admission Transfer

Transfer students need to apply one or two semesters in advance for degree planning and pre-advising.

Transfer Admissions Requirements
A cumulative grade point average of 2.50 (on 4.0 scale)

If credit hours at the time of application are less than 24:
A cumulative grade point average of 2.50 or higher from all colleges/universities last attended.

High school GPA 2.80 (on 4.0 scale) or higher

Standardized Test Scores: Applicants need to submit:

SAT: Math and Critical Reading scores need to be equal to a minimum of 1070, with a minimum score of 500 on both Math and Critical Reading. (UST's school code for SAT is 6880).

ACT: composite score of 23 or higher, with a minimum score of 19 on both Math and English. (UST’s school code for ACT is 4238).

Required Materials
Fully completed application for admission

Official transcripts from last attended College or University.

If you have completed less than 24 credit hours at the time of application, an official high school transcript and SAT/ACT scores will also be required.

A Xerox of an alien registration card i. e. the Green Card made by an admissions counselor if the applicant is a resident alien.

Transfer students with less than 63 credits who look for financial aid is required to provide an official high school transcript to establish eligibility for federal financial aid programs.
