Here I am giving you process to get Transfer form of Charlotte-mecklenburg Schools.

Now top of the home page you will find “Student Placement” option and click on that option a new page will open which look like this image:



After that left side of the page click on “Request for Reassignment/Transfer” option again a new page will open which look like this image:



After that bottom of the page you will see “2014-15 Online Reassignment/Transfer Form” option and click on that option a new page will open which look like this image:



Now bottom of the page click on “Enter Form” option a new page will open which look like this image:



Now on this page put your ID and Password and click on “Continue” option.

After that you will get form.
