The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (UPSIDC) is developing new areas in the pattern of Integrated Industrial Township.
In these areas residential institutional and commercial plots exist conjointly with industrial plots.
The allotment policy for these non- industrial wherever earmarked thus in the layout are as follows:-
