As you have asked about the NBCC Affordable housing schee, I am giving you some information about it

AFFORDABLE HOUSE IN PARTNERSHIP (‘AHP’)

Eligible Real Estate Project

By Private Developer or State Govt / ULB (with/without Pvt Partner)
Min. 250 houses and Min. 35% are EWS/LIG flats
(*State Govt may request lowering of limits)

State Govt. to

Fix a reasonable price for sale of EWS units to eligible buyers
Sale Price to be fixed on ‘NPNL’ basis
Price may be fixed on project-basis or city basis
Infuse additional subsidy, if needed, in form of
Subsidized land or Money-Grant, Stamp-duty exemption, etc.
Make policy support – Additional FAR/FSI or TDR’s

Central Government : Grant of Rs. 1.5 lakhs per house

Allotment To Eligible Beneficiaries

As decided by CMSC (Central Monitoring & Sanctioning Committee)
By Project Owner – State Govt./ULB and/or Pvt . Developer
Priority to single-women, SC/STs, families with old/disabled on ground floor
