UPESEAT Placement

I have appeared in the UPESEAT Exam conducted by UPES University and got passed in this. Now I have to take admission in the B.Tech Program at the UPES University. So I want to get details about its placement statistics. So pls tell me about all recruiters for B.Tech students and give me sample of application form to appear in the placement event.
