UPESEAT is aptitude test conducted by University of Petroleum & Energy Studies for admissions to the engineering programmes at the university.
UPESEAT Exam was held in 39 cities across India.

B. Tech. Applied Petroleum Engineering with specialization in Gas Stream
B. Tech. Applied Petroleum Engineering with specialization in Upstream

B. Tech. Chemical Engineering with specialization in Refining & Petrochemicals
B. Tech. Civil Engineering with specialization in Infrastructure Development
B. Tech. Computer Science & Engineering + LLB ( Hons. ) with specialization in Cyber Laws
B. Tech. Electrical Engineering
B. Tech. Electronics Engineering
B. Tech. Energy Technology + LLB ( Hons. ) with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights ( IPR )

Selection Procedure:
The selection procedure will be based on score of the candidate in UPESEAT followed by central counselling or Centralized Counseling through Merit rank for Non Exam Category.

Paper Pattern:

The exam will have five sections:

Physics: 50 questions

Chemistry: 50 questions

Maths: 50 questions

English Language Comprehension: 30 questions

Current Affairs Awareness: 20 questions

Total: 200 questions

Exam Duration: 3 hours
