जनन : जीवों का एक प्रमुख लक्षण जो जातियों की निरन्तरता बनाए रखने में सहायक, जनन की विधियाँ- अलैंगिक और लैंगिक जनन, अलैंगिक जनन- द्विविभाजन, बीजाणुजनन, कलिका निर्माण, खंडीभवन, पुनरुद्र्भवन|



(2) पुष्पी पौधों में लैंगिक जनन


पुष्प की संरचना, नर एवं मादा युग्म्कोभिद का विकास, परागण प्रकार, अभिकर्मक एवं उदाहरण, प्रजनन युक्तियाँ, पराग स्त्री केसर संकर्षण, दोहरानिषेचन, निषेचन पश्च घटनाएँ भ्रूणपोष एवं भ्रूण का परिवर्धन, बीज का विकास एवं फल का निर्माण, विशेष विधियाँ- एपोमिक्सिस (असंगजनता) अनिषेकफलन, बहुभ्रुनता, बीजों के प्रकीर्णन एवं फल निर्माण का महत्व|
