Until October 2017 the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research is operated from a temporary campus in Narsingi.

After 2017 the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research was shifted to the permanent campus at Goppannapally in the First Research and Teaching Building (FReT-B) of TIFR Hyderabad.
