Please tell me am I eligible for teaching B.Tech CS, B.Tech IT and MCA students after completing my MCA degree course with first division ?

Yes ,you can teach B.Tech CS, B.Tech IT students after completing your master degree in MCA with first division if you have good teaching, presenting and communication skills. But as per the norms and rules for lectureship to MCA students you need Ph.D degree.
