Syllabus RIMC Entrance Exam

My Son would like to enter in the Rashtriya Indian Military College. Can you give me the syllabus of the RIMC Entrance Exam so he can start preparation of the entrance exam? He is not doing an coaching for the entrance exam so please share some tips for it.

Rashtriya Indian Military College Entrance Exam is Conducted by Rashtriya Indian Military College on All India Basis Twice in a Year for Providing Admission to Boys in the the Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun

Educational Qualifications

Candidates Should either be Studying in Class VII or Passed Class VII from any recognized school at the time of admission to the RIMC .

Age Limit :

Candidates Should not be less than 11½ years in age but should not have attained the age of 13 years as on 01 Jan of the respective year.


RIMC Entrance Exam Fee :

RIMC Entrance Exam Fee is Rs.490 for General candidates and Rs.435 for SC/ST candidates.

RIMC Entrance Exam Pattern :

The RIMC Exam is Divided into Two Phases:

Phase 1 Written Exam:

Questions are Based on
English,
Mathematics
General Knowledge

Candidates can Write the Answers to General Knowledge and Mathematics Subjects Either in English or Hindi.

Phase 2 - Interviews:

Candidates successful in written exam have to appear for the personal interview rounds in the month of April and October.
