HLL Lifecare started as a condom manufacturing company. Now, it has taken bigger responsibility- vaccine security of the nation. It was established in 1969 in Trivandrum. Now HLL is categorized as mini ratna company and it is producing almost 1.3 billion condoms annually, which is approx, 10% of the global production capacity. Paper pattern: 60%- subject knowledge(basic and concept based) & 40%- aptitude(refer books of MAT). Topics covered in quantitative aptitude: Pipes & Tanks Labor & Wages Blood Relations English Comprehension Stocks & Shares General Management Simple & Compound Interests General Knowledge Profit & Loss Clocks & Calenders Distance, Speed & Time Number & Letter Coding |

Corporate evolution and strategic management; 3. Management process and organizational behaviour; 4. Organisational changes and intervention strategies; 5. Human Resource Management – strategies and systems; 6. Recruitment, Selection, Training and development; 7. Managing inter-personnel and group process; 8. Industrial Relation and Labout Laws; 9. Compensation Management; 10. International H.R and Cross Cultural Management; 11. Economic analysis; 12. Financial Accounting; 13. I.T and Business applications; 14. General Knowledge & Verbal Ability Exam Pattern 1. There are a total of 100 Questions to be answered. Each correct answer carries 1(one) mark and for every four wrong answer one mark will be deducted. No negative mark for unattended questions 2. The total duration of this test will be 75 minutes.
