Information related to Coal India Management Trainee Exam question paper pattern
is given below:

Exam pattern:
Written Test for the post of Management Trainee in Coal India Limited (CIL) is comprised of 02 Papers
Both the Papers consist of Multiple Choice Questions.

Papers Subject Questions
Paper-I
(i). Aptitude Test 100
( ii) General Awareness
Paper-II (i). Technical Aptitude
(in relevant discipline) 100

Duration of the Test will be of 3 Hours
Papers of written test will be set in Hindi and English both
Qualified applicants in this written test will be called for personal interview in the ratio of 1:3
Minimum Qualifying Marks in this written examination for General Category is 40 marks, for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) is 35 Marks and for ST/ST/PH is 30 Marks in each Paper

Syllabus
General Awareness & Aptitude:
General Awareness includes current affairs, Latest happenings & etc. and Aptitude have Numerical Ability & Quantitative Aptitude topics like Average, Decimals, Implication, Number System, Correlation, Compound Interest, Profit and etc.

Technical Aptitude: Questions comes from different disciplines (with their relevant discipline) like Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Environment, Systems, Geology and Finance etc.
