The Details of the Recruitment is as Follow

Scale II : Probationary Manager (IT)
Scale III : Probationary Senior Manager (IT) NO. OF VACANCIES: 10

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Educational
Qualification
The candidates should have scored at least 60% in Graduation
(B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Electronics and Communication, Electronics & Electrical, Electrical,
Electronics & Instrumentation) or at least 60% in Post Graduation
(MCA, M.Sc IT, M.Sc Computer Science.)

Age Criteria
Not more than 40 years as on 31.12.2016.
Upper age limit will be relaxed by five years in the case of SC/ST candidates


Experience Proven 5+ years of project delivery management experience and total
IT experience (including Development) of more than 10 years.

e) PROBATION PERIOD: The period of probation is 1 year. Confirmation will be subject to satisfactory performance during probation.

SALARY:

Scale II: IBA approved pay scale of Rs. 31705 - 1145/1 - 32850 - 1310/10 - 45950. plus DA, HRA &other allowances.

Scale III: IBA approved pay scale of Rs. 42020 - 1310/5 48570 - 1460/2 - 51490. plus DA, HRA & other allowances.
