Salary

Candidates selected for filling up the vacant post of Vice President-Compliance (Company Secretary) will receive Rs.30 lakhs per annum plus other allowances as remuneration.

Age limit

Candidates applying for the specified position should not be more than 45 years of age

Qualification required

Candidate should have Graduation degree with 60 per cent marks and must be Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India.
