Shobhit University Fast Track

I have done Master Degree from Shobhit University. Now I am selected for Ph.D at University of Lucknow. So I want Migration Certificate of Master Degree. So give the fast track procedure to get Migration Certificate from the Shobhit University, because I have to submit it at the University of Lucknow after 3 days.
