Registration for AFCAT

My friend want to do registration for AFCAT exam to appear in the exam for getting job in Indian air force. Will you please tell is he can do registration online . if yes , please tell what is the process of the online registration for AFCAT examination .

I want to join Indian Air Force and for this preparing for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT). Will you provide Registration dates for AFCAT so that I can apply for exam?

Indian Air Force conducts Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) for candidates to recruit them to Flying, Technical and Ground Duty Officer Branches.

It came into existence in the year 2011.

Registration dates:

Event AFCAT February 2020 AFCAT June 2020
AFCAT 2020 Notification November 23, 2020 June 01, 2020
AFCAT Registration 2020 December 1 – 30, 2020 (Open) June 15-July 14, 2020(Opened)
Release of AFCAT Admit Card February 3, 2020 To be announced
AFCAT Exam Date January 22 & 23, 2020 September 19 and 20, 2020

Eligibility:

Age Limit: It varies as per the branch viz.

Flying Branch (AFCAT & NCC Entry): 20 – 24 years

Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical): 20 – 26 years

The DOB accepted by the IAF is that entered in the Matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate or in a certificate recognized by an Indian University.

Marital Status:

Below 25 years must be unmarried at the time of commencement of course.
Widows/ Widowers and divorcees below 25 years are not eligible.

Education Qualification:

Flying Branch: minimum of 60% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level.

Graduation with min. 3 years degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
