Can you tell me in detail about the features of PNB (Punjab National Bank) Prepaid Cards which are used as Gift Cards as I am planning to apply for a one and my family members too?

Punjab National Bank was founded in 1894 and is one of the Big Four banks of India, along with State Bank of India, ICICI Bank and Bank of Baroda. It has been ranked 248th biggest bank in the world by the Bankers' Almanac. It was ranked #717 in the Forbes Global 2000 in May 2013, was ranked #26 in the Fortune India 500 ranking of 2011, and was awarded the 'Best Public Sector Bank' by CNBC TV18 in 2012. PNB Uphaar Card The card is issued free of charge and would be valid for 36 months from the date of issue. • PNB Uphaar Card is a handy card in collaboration with MasterCard that can be used at Point of Sale (POS) Terminals, and can also be used for e-commerce transactions. • The Card can be purchased for a minimum of Rs.500/- and a maximum of Rs.50,000/-. • It is ideal as a gift, both for individuals and Corporates. • It can be purchased through payment from account or by cheque. • It can be purchased by existing customers and others from any PNB branches. Features of the PNB Uphaar Card: • Can be purchased by Account holders and others. • Minimum amount Rs. 500/- • Maximum amount Rs. 50000/- • Is enabled for use at POS Terminals and E-Commerce • Daily usage limit up to Rs. 25000/- • The PNB Uphaar Card would be issued and used only as a Gift card. • PNB Uphaar will not have the facility of cash withdrawals. • Validity of PNB Uphaar Card would be restricted to one year from the date of issuance of the card. • The PNB Uphaar Card cannot be reloaded. |
