(1). Firstly go to the official website of online web portal of Union Public Service Commission which looks like this image:



(2). Now on this page at the top you will find some tabs and from those tabs choose the tab of “ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC”

(3). Now you will be directed to the next page which looks like this image:



Now on this page you will have to do the registration of Part I and then Part II

DATE OF NOTIFICATION:- 17.05.2014
LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS:- 16.06.2014 (MONDAY)
DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF EXAM:- 24.08.2014 (SUNDAY)
DURATION OF EXAM:- 1 DAY

CIVIL SERVICES (MAIN) EXAM., 2014
DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF EXAM:- 14.12.2014 (SUNDAY)
LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS:- 5 DAYS

As you can see the dates of 2014 have been passed so you have to wait till next year and these dates can be taken as tentative for the year of 2015
