Procedure to do Ph.D after B.Tech

I have completed my B.Tech and now I want to do PhD so can you please provide me its procedure???

After B.Tech you can do Integrated Ph.D NIIT university offers this course

Educational Qualifications
Candidate must have B.E. / B. Tech in appropriate branch of engineering with minimum of 80 % marks or equivalent from recognized University.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on the performance in the class XII, B.Tech / BE or equivalent examination and in the Interview conducted by NIT (AP).

Candidates with valid Gate score will be preferred.

Areas of Specialization Research interests of the Faculty,
Research areas of mutual interest (considering NIT(AP)) and sponsoring industries if any and
Research areas of other sponsored research projects.
