To participate in IIT JEE, Minimum marks required in 12th

Tell me how many marks required in 12th Board for getting part in IIT JEE, please provide here???

Candidates must have secured minimum 50% marks in total in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in 12th Board exam to take part in IIT JEE.

More detailed criteria is as here:

Student must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, compulsorily.

Candidates must have studied any one of the subjects as optional subjects – Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology and Bio-technology.

Candidates must have secured minimum 50% marks in total in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).

Number of Attempts
A maximum of 3 attempts are allowed per student targeting JEE Mains.

Not more than 3 attempts are allowed, so try to give your best shot in the first attempt only.
