On that website at the top you will see the option of “Academic”

Which contains the sub option of “PG Admission” Click on that and you will redirect to the new page which looks like





On that page you will see the option of “Apply Online” and you will redirect to the new page which looks like





On that page enter if you are new applicant than click on Register here and star the registering process
