No Of Seats In MA Economics In DU

I want to get admission in MA Economics in University of Delhi so can you please tell me the no of seats reserved in MA Economics for SC/ ST candidates?

The University of Delhi is a public central collegiate university, located in New Delhi, India. The University was established in 1922 by an Act of the then Central Legislative Assembly of British Indian Government.

DU MA Economics Admissions-

No of Seats-

50% of seats are earmarked for direct admission of students who have graduated with BA Economics (Hons) of the University of Delhi, subject to eligibility conditions and in order of merit in the respective categories.

Remaining 50% seats will be filled through an Entrance Test.

No seats be reserved for Scheduled Castes in a Post-Graduate course where the numbers of seats is less than 7.

Where number of seats is more than 7 and less than 15, 15% of seats be reserved for Scheduled Caste candidates (if no Scheduled Caste candidate is available, the seat would go to a Scheduled Tribe candidate, if available).

Where the number of seats exceeds 15 reservations @ 15% and 7.5% for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates (inter-changeable) be made respectively.

Eligibility -

B.A. (Hons.) Economics of the University of Delhi with 50% or more marks in the aggregate

B.A. (Hons.) / B.Sc. (Hons.) Economics from any recognised University with 50% or more marks in the aggregate. In the case of Universities where the B.A./B.Sc. (Hons.) Economics degree includes courses other than Economics, the course shall be treated as an Honours course only if it contains at least 55% marks of the total marks in respect of papers in economics.

First Class with 60% or more marks in Graduate/Post-graduate degree in any other subject from the University of Delhi or any Indian University recognized by the University of Delhi
