NET Exam forms Last date

I want to apply for NET Exam so can you please provide me Last date to submit forms?

NET is the National Eligibility Test and it is conducted by UGC

Tentative dates of NET Exam:
i) Last date for applying Online & generation of filled Bank Challan for Fee
05.05.2014

ii) Last date of submission of Fee through online generated Bank Challan, at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI). 07.05.2014

iii) Last date of taking printout of Application Form, Attendance Slip and Admit Card from UGC
10.05.2014

iv) Last date for receiving the printout of online Application Form
15.05.2014

v) Date of Examination: June 29, 2014

Eligibility:

Candidates must have at least 55 per cent marks in Master's Degree or equivalent examination from recognized university and also recognised by UGC in Humanities and Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this Test.

For OBC/SC/ST/PWD at least 50 per cent marks necessary.

Age limit:
Age not be more than 28 years
