The applicant should sign over the photo at the top.

The attesting officer should sign at the bottom with seal.

Application Fees: Rs. 500/-

Entrance Fees: Rs.150/-

Admission Procedure-

Ranking for admission will be based on the marks secured in qualifying Plus Two/ UG / PG Examination and Entrance Examination. 50:50.

Plus Two Mark Sheet
Degree Mark Statement
Degree Provisional Certificate / Original Degree or Diploma. The candidates awaiting the results need to submit mark statements up to V Semester and the Course Certificate from the Principal.
PG / UG Marksheet /Degree Certificate
TANCET Score Sheet for AICTE Approved Courses.
Transfer Certificate
Community Certificate
Conduct Certificate
