Department Of Chemical Engineering NIT Warangal
Hi Sir I have participated in IIT JEE Main and I got 156 marks in it. Now I want to make my career in B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal. Would you please provide me list of Faculty members in Department of Chemical Engineering of NIT Warangal so I will get idea about their Teaching Facility?

The Department of Chemical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Warangal offers B.Tech., M.Tech. and Ph.D programmes. Students are admitted to these programmes based on National level competitive examinations. The B.Tech. programme in Chemical Engineering has been accredited for 5 years by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) with effect from June 2015. The M.Tech programme in Chemical Engineering has also been accredited for 5 years by NBA with effect from July, 2016. Programs- Undergraduate Program B.Tech The Department offers 4 Year B.Tech. programme in Chemical Engineering. The current intake of the course is 92. The intake to this programme is based on the All India Rank (AIR) obtained by the aspiring students, which is a combination of their 10+2 or other equivalent qualifying exam and score obtained in IIT Main exam, conducted by Joint Admission Board (JAB)- constituting NITs, other CFTIs, CBSE and others. Foreign nationals are also admitted to this programme through schemes such as DASA. Postgraduate Program The Department of Chemical Engineering offers two Postgraduate Programs M. Tech. in Chemical Engineering and M.Tech. in Process Control. M.Tech in Chemical Engineering The program spans for a period of four semesters and has an annual intake of 20. The intake to this course is based on the score obtained in the GATE exam conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of science (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) on behalf of the National Coordination Board GATE, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). M.Tech in Process Control The program spans for a period of four semesters and has an annual intake of 20. The intake to this course is based on the score obtained in the GATE exam.
