The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a Computer Based Selection Test Conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) for their business administration programs.

Dates of CAT Exam 2016:

Release of Advertisement July 2016 (Sunday)
Online Registration for CAT 06th August to 25th September 2016
Admit Card Download Window 15th October 2016, 1:00 PM till Exam Date
CAT Exam Test Date 29th November 2016 (Sunday)
Results Declaration Second week of January 2017

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD) / Differently Abled (DA) category) awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India

Registration Fee

The registration fee is Rs.1600/- for the general and NC-OBC candidates and Rs.800/- for the SC/SC/Person with Disability.
