The Online MBA/MSE in Electrical Engineering Program offered by Arizona State University is designed for working professionals who need to stay current in their area of expertise and develop enhanced business acumen. Fulton Schools MSE Electrical Engineering degrees more quickly and at a lower cost than pursuing each degree separately. The online MBA is ranked top-5 in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. One will have access to a dedicated career services team and world-renowned business and engineering faculty. Requirements Entrance to the MBA/MS in Electrical Engineering program is subject upon meeting all normal requirements of the Office of Graduate Education, and the competitive admissions requirements of the W. P. Carey MBA and the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering MSE in Electrical Engineering programs. Only 1 application is necessary for both programs, and it must include answers to three essay questions and a current resume. In addition, 2 letters of reference and official transcripts should be submitted directly to the Office of Graduate Education. GMAT scores are required for the MBA application. GRE scores may be accepted. Admissions requirements include at least 1 year of professional work experience; 2 year preferred. Undergraduate degrees from ABET-accredited electrical engineering programs require a minimum 3.0 GPA for the last two years of study. Non-ABET electrical engineering degrees require a minimum GPA of 3.5 for the last 2 years of study or 1st class with distinction and a GRE quantitative score above the 90th percentile. Featured Courses Concurrent Degree A concurrent degree can be earned in a shorter period of time and at a lower cost than if the two degrees were pursued separately. Offered online, the MBA/MS concurrent degree requires 56 credit hours of study over 3 years, including eight courses from the MBA program and eight courses from the MS program. Choose from 5 electrical engineering tracks: Electric power and energy systems, Electronic and mixed-signal circuit design, Electromagnetics, antennas, and microwave circuits, Signal processing and communications and Solid-state electronics. |
