Currently no any jobs are available for MBA HR candidates in NTPC. NTPC doesn’t announce any notification of job vacancy for MBA HR.

Selection process:

If the aspirants clear or qualified the test then he/she will be called for an interview and GD.

In technical test there are generally 55 questions and in aptitude there will be 35 questions. Questions asked in NTPC consist of synonyms, Antonyms, comprehension passage, fill ups etc.

Executive Trainees - Human Resources eligibility:

Candidates are graduates with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource /Industrial Relations / Personnel Management

Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA (HR) from recognized Indian University with 65% marks taking average of all the Semesters/Years

NTPC Stands for National Thermal Power Corporation and this is a Government of India enterprise.


If you have Complete MBA Professional Management Courses For Getting jobs Related to Engineering field or Technical Field, You will have to Pass the GATE EXAM and you should have a valid Score Card of this Exam.

Then only you will allotted to fill forms of these Organizations.

Your Minimum age for Getting Jobs in NTPC Should be 21 years.

Your Upper age limit should not cross above 21 years.


Your Engineering/Management Degree should be Approved from the AICTE.

Your degree must be From the Recognized University.

Your minimum CGPA in Your Engineering/Management should be above 7.5 in Each
Semesters .

Your Minimum Percentage of Marks in class 10 as well as in class 12 should be above 60%.

English should be one of your compulsory subjects in class 10 as well as in class 12.
