University of Rajasthan was established in 1948 it is a public and state university and one of the oldest universities in the Indian state Rajasthan, located in the city Jaipur.

Eligibility:

Candidates must have a master’s degree from any recognized University.

Admission procedure:
The admission is made through an admission test (UNIRAJ-MPAT).

The students who have qualified UGC/CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE are also required to take the admission test.

Tentative dates:

1. On-line submission of Forms on University website:
From August Mid 2014

2. Last date for on-line submission/Generation of Form:
October Start 2014

3. Last date for depositing hard copy of application form:
October MId 2014

4. Date of admission test: November Start 2014

Rajasthan University conducts UNIRAJ-MPAT Entrance Test for Admission to M.Phil./Ph.D. Programmes.

Eligibility:
Candidate should have a master’s degree from any recognized University.

Admission process:
Candidate has to fill online entrance examination form.

University make admissions in two phases as :
40% seats will be filled through NET JRF
other 60% seats will be filled through an entrance/admission test (UNIRAJ-MPAT).

Candidate want to get admission in affiliated colleges are also required appear in UNIRAJ-MPAT Test.

Candidate who qualified UGC/CSIR NET JRF are not required to take the admission test.

Important dates for Phase I (tentative):

On-line submission of Forms on University website: 1st week of July 2015

Last date for on-line submission/Generation of Form:
Mid of July 2015

Last date for depositing hard copy of application form:
Mid of July 2015
